Life, just short like that in pronunciation. I wish it was that simple in reality. Life seems to be more complex than the word itself. Life throws some crazy things our way and we have to deal with them. E.g. No one expected us to be in a global lock down with panic and less predictions of what the future looks like. Many things more than the #COVID19 Pandemic happen every day; sickness, relationship loss, unemployment, job loss, name it. You may have had bigger or smaller challenges or haven’t got any but the fact is crazy things happen in life.
One of the things i have stayed with at heart as i share in my book, The Champions Mojo, is that when you train yourself to not just think about the future bleak and hardships at hand but also celebrate where you were two years or few time ago before the crisis at hand , that’s when you’re able to create happiness in the now. You realize you are stronger than you are to overcome and transcend every situation.
I am not a fun of movies so much but one of my favorite movies is the “Hunger Games” , in this movie the most integral reminder– is that we’re all so much stronger than we realize. When I look back on my life and recall some of the things I’ve been through, I’m sometimes shocked that I’ve made it to where I am today. I never consider myself particularly strong or brave than others, but I suppose i am strong than i thought. And you are too. If things are hard, remind yourself that you really are stronger than you realize.
There are a number of more life lessons i have learnt in my journey and this movie reminds me too that One person can make a difference. At the beginning of the movie; The hunger Games, Katniss, the main actor had no idea how important she was. As time went on, her actions and reactions showed that her presence was more than just a piece in a game but the master of it all. She was a symbol of change, a rebellious spirit who had an opportunity to change thousands of lives with a single act and belief that she was strong. We are all strong when we chose to put on our warrior shoes and step out!
Now, I know this sounds fiction to you and we’re not all destined to be heroic warriors like Katniss in the movie, but her bravery and determination is something we have all in real life, it is a reminder that we all have power — a power we can use for good or for evil. This power is choice.
With every choice we make, we are impacting not only our lives but all of the lives touching ours. However small you might think you are, you have more power than you realize and every choice you make can impact others so choose wisely, your actions can inspire others to act, and your decision can make others follow you in the right path. So, whichever Choice you make, act strong, speak strong, fight strong, Believe strong. Because You are stronger than you realize.
