“… But I’m annoying you to no purpose with my arguments. A person whose house is only open on the west can’t see the sun rise at dawn; it’s only seen when the sun sets at dusk. If one tries to compare the color and appearance of the two, one will go on arguing forever…The fault lies not with the vision but with the closed windows. If you look out of only one opening till the day you die, you’ll ever see anything new.” ― Saratchandra Chattopadhyay

I write too much content in a day, my Facebook page is always full of opinions, controversial and provocative thoughts and jokes that are not universal but for certain people at different times. An adult friend who i respect so much recently dived into my inbox with the rare rants and toxicity towards some article i had penned the previous day. Back and forth, rightfully and respectfully, we couldn’t agree or bend down to lessen what we believe in. It was obvious we had different opinions and belief systems towards the matter.

He really struggled a lot to make me bend to his conventional beliefs. Evidently i am not the type that would bend to something without questioning its authenticity. But he seemed to want me nurse his feelings other than seeing the reality.

At the end of his frustration he affirmed that my views are of non conformists and were hard to relate with – which is true . And he affirmed that it would take away most of good things from me including love and business since i will be feared by many people. With such an unconventional mind he thought I must be losing when i think different from the convention. How wrong! He does not know how liberating it is when you start thinking outside the box and what tribe it brings around you.

With all that said, i took my thoughts back and i tried to recall my past that never worked for me, all of the things I am most proud of creating in my life; the hacks and codes i have made to transcend, are the things that he saw intimidating. You can relate. Probably you have had criticism and resistance of that sort from people trying to coil you. People come into our zones and try to coil us so that we can fit into their thinking and belief systems – often limiting. That’s really quite no possible to some of us. Never accept!

Over the years i have fought too much to liberate myself from such limited models of living and i wonder why people would think i can go back. If you read my book, WINNING BY CHOICE: The Ultimate Art and Code of Extra-ordinariness, then you recall the stages of growth i talked about, and believe me i am past the Victim stage and now on an awakening and limitless stage looking to get to the Highness.. Back to the story, the gent thought; I’m intimidating because of my extra ordinariness in thought. What’s wrong with that?”. Too many things started running in my mind and i settled with the reality that if someone doesn’t like this uncommon opinionated stuff about me, if it’s too uncomfortable to them to have honest and unconventional conversations that drive deep into human experience, then it’s their fault not mine!

Here is one thing I’ve learned in my years of transcending; Extraordinaires fiercely (rightfully after questioning) stand behind their different thoughts and live by that. It is what makes them extraordinary, because they are different.. After my longtime life struggles as i narrated in my book; THE CHAMPION’S MOJO, I decided that conventionalism wasn’t going to intimidate my beliefs or my life choices or my position in this world.

If someone feels uncomfortable by what I do in my own zone yet it has nothing to affect them, then, I know that it is actually isn’t about me. It’s about their own insecurities about not fulfilling what they want to in their lives and not being able to be open to realities and liberating models of living

I’d rather be different living absolutely and fully in a world liberated than with a convention of limited beliefs that can’t allow questioning. Minus the laws of nature and the divine laws of God, everything else is open for questioning. My life is already beautiful after many slumps that were ass poking because i believed in diversity of opinions and got my way to transcend amidst. And if this makes me intimidating and a critic, so be it. That’s what i talked about as the art of being unfuckwithable in my book, Champion’s Mojo.

I’m not mad at anyone. None of this is actually about critics and such people who we disagree on many things but rather, to share a life principle that states that: No one is here to apologize for who they are and the beliefs they have and the choices they make in their life. No matter what everyone does, someone somewhere, some day, isn’t going to like it, so everyone ought choose to live how they want without being intimidated by those who hold contrary beliefs and models of living.

I’m here to be me. Courageously me, who stands in my thoughts and models of living with strength, while questioning what is enabling and limiting. And i am entitled to question my thoughts as applicable at any time. I’m not here to be swayed by the winds of the convention. I’m not here to fit in with the way other people think I should live. We are not here to conform but to create own path and disrupt.

The life of extraordinariness, the life of winning and transcending is a life of courage and being who you are. In knowing your values and standing behind them. It is in doing what transcends humanity without seeking validation.

If you’re reading this and feel intimidated or upset…that’s ok. I get it. You’re not the first and you probably won’t be the last. But if you’re reading this and you feel you want that life of being you unapologetically, then just know there are no limits. I operate under the belief that what I want wants me, and I know that there are plenty of people out there who feel how I feel and want what I want, so being me liberates me by attracting people who are truly like me.

“Differences are healthy, there lies the scope for inquiry, and in inquiry lies the scope for learning. Differences turn unhealthy only when we make them the cause for hatred.”
