Life Dreams

4 Ways to Become a Master of Challenges

Life is uncertain. No one have got a clear road map of how it unfolds each day. We can bump into challenges any time. No one is immune. Relationships, work, family issues, sickness, business, name it all. Not forgetting this universal #Covid19 scourge lock down and scare that is affecting everything of how we live. We all face them at some time. You can choose to embrace each hard time and enjoy the ride, joyfully learning from your experiences along the way; or you can choose to rebel against all of life’s challenges, resenting every moment of your journey. The latter robs you of your energy while the former gives you the opportunity too become a highly evolved being that nothing can shake, something i referred to as the art of being Unfuckwithable in my book, THE CHAMPION’S MOJO Where as in general you may call this grit, but there are immutable beliefs, a mindset, something like a habit to practice deep inside of your core being. In my experience i have explored the following core beliefs to be outstanding. Believe that situations aren’t eternal Nothing lasts forever. Even the Biblical Noah’s flood had a deadline. There is an end

Be a janitor that earns seven figures: Act and think like an entrepreneur

Unarguably, the janitor is the less paid person most times at work places but have you ever imagined how much is paid to the contractual company that employs them? So, How much is a janitor paid in Uganda? You may not be sure but the biggest they can get is 300,000 UGX , but the biggest number earn between 180,000 UGX to 230,000 UGX. Truth be told if a cleaner is working for a company, that company is paid over one million which it picks less than 300k and pay the real service deliverer (Cleaner). You will tell me that the company got other costs like taxes, rent and others, yes it’s true, but how much do they remain with? In this era, as a small nest entrepreneur you can operate on less with no rent or shared cheap space but only position yourself well on the internet and build systems of operations.    As an entrepreneurial trainer and serial entrepreneur,   I can tell that as a janitor or any other hand skilled person you can act as an entrepreneur.   Now, we tend to see entrepreneurs as people who think in a pretty specific way forgetting that you can also

Men denied s3x in the morning are likely to be poor performers at work and in life

A year before my century-aged granny passed on, i sat with him to share about different ideas concerning humanity, I don’t recall well how we landed to this but we found ourselves into a conversation about sex in marriages and relationships today. He was a realist and great friend. “Unlike today where ladies are denying broke husbands sex and taking sex to be a sort of exchange after a certain work/pay, it was different in our days and it should be that way, Sex was given to the husband and taken important for some great reasons beyond just happiness, fun or relief”. He explained as i was all ears attentive. “First of all, sex should be valued due to the reason that it is practiced to realize who we are, after sex we get to reflect exactly on who we are when naked and cut open, Next this leads us to fulfill God’s direction, that is for production, secondly it should be a reward and respect to each other due to his brilliant choice of humbling each other among many other humans, it is an ant-stress medication to a man and an empowerment of success and a blessing, any man

“Honey! pass me the soup bowl” She said

Some years back when i was at the heights of revamping my career, I invited her for dinner and my intention was to make her aware & consult from her about my decision. Basically, i had made up an immutable choice of going into purposeful entrepreneurship, performance training, authorship  and consultancy. I knew i was headed for hard times, so talking to her would mean i had a cheer voice behind, i thought, but i was wrong. I am talking of my girlfriend then. We had a dinner talk. Half way into my ambitious explanations, she looked at me  with seemingly twisted lips and a tired-like look from the other side of the table and Said:  “Honey , pass me the soup bowl, permit and favor me to enjoy my dinner please”.  Precisely, she thought i was out of my mind , she had always encouraged me to get a day job  as i keep my petty trade businesses as side hustles. To her i was daring the impossible. I thought she would believe in my dream but she didn’t,  and a month later she called it quits as i couldn’t afford her wedding before my dream took off, she

I didn’t find the magic, magic found me!

Sure, I have the audacity to say that I am the most fortunate man to have transcended (mark the word transcend) and let go the obstacles and hindrances that had stopped me finding my flow. To me it all found me.  Many of my peers didn’t make it yet they were looking for it. Whereas others find their flow and passion, to me it found me.  I just got the realization after a kensho moment, I didn’t go seeking for it from the start.  During a Kensho moment that hit me hard in 2017, I got an awakening, which resulted me writing the mighty book THE CHAMPION’S MOJO . This moment gave me a very massive shift and realization that shall ever remain etched in the records of my life. In the Champion’s Mojo, not only was I writing for readers, but also my awakening. Magic and flow found me and my passion and purpose got unleashed. And like all humans, when your flow finds you, you have to do the work, the work to unleash and marvel the magic. During that period, i realized the magic was inside always, I found a framework, codes and hacks to dig deep to find more of it, I claimed

Poeple who are not skeptical live like dogmatic donkeys!

If you are not questioning, not getting skeptical, you die with the Donkey Mind There is an old adage that states that; Dogmas are like two hungry donkeys tied together in short ropes on a lane with grass on both sides. They want to eat off the grass that is on each side of the lane but the rope is short. Both donkeys pull harder hoping to drag the other to their side but neither can move an inch. The animals become very frustrated and tired and none can reach the grass. In the absence of dogma, they would have stopped and tried to figure out how to eat.   The animals can decide to take turns. They can move together from side to another. “When you think in absolutes, the only ‘bush’ that matters is the one that you can see. When you believe you possess the truth, your subjective beliefs blind you from seeing other options”. When the donkeys stop trying to pull each other, they reframe the situation. They are able to consider other alternatives and start working together. By being receptive to new possibilities, the donkeys would achieve their goals — they move from conflict to integration. Our disabling

Definition of Championship: To stop wallowing and start allowing!

The starting point for any recovery is to stop wallowing in your misery and accept the reality . Whether it’s a relationship, job, business or finances, You must accept the reality first, stop wallowing in misery and allow the best to happen. Yes, it’s a bummer. Yes, you’re likely the victim of somebody else wrongdoing or your own doings, or uncontrollable circumstances. Yes, it’s devastating. But Most important of all;- None of that matters now. What matters is what you do about it. When a not-expected event happens, just stand strong and know what’s done is done and there is no turning back. Resisting what’s already a fact is futile, so don’t waste your energy – accept the reality. I have seen lots of men and women who try to resist the reality, its very bad, trying to resist the reality makes you lose power to restart and revive what have been messed. Living in the past only makes forward progress more difficult. Some things will be mended as you keep going. Leave what happened to take care of itself for now, accept the setback, let go of it, and commit to forward movement and revival of few damages incurred.

Your best days are coming!

In life, we have all had those moments when we feel taken up by hard times, it is normal, everyone goes through that. Champions are like pearls, we go through radical tests to become finer. Do you know how oyster produce a pearl? When dirt or sand or small rock accidentally slips into an oyster’s shell, the oyster is aware of this foreign object inside itself. The oyster will feel the pain caused by this foreign object inside its body, and the oyster will produce “tears” to cover the foreign object. These tears will slowly harden and eventually form a solid substance covering the whole object. The bigger the object that is causing the oyster to feel painful and to tear, the bigger the pearl it will produce in the end. Sometimes, on the journey of life you get faced with circumstances that you cannot avoid. Sometimes you need to do things that we are not very comfortable in doing. No matter how bad things are, know that this too shall pass. In life, the oyster story is a similarity. The times when you get knocked down and faced with painful experiences are usually moments when you see significant breakthroughs
